Returns Policy

We hope you will love your Crystal Loft purchase but if you don't, we can offer you the following options:

• 14 day refund or exchange on full price necklaces and bracelets, if item is returned in its original box/pouch and in the condition in which it was sent.
• All our earrings are for pierced ears, therefore we are unable to refund or exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons
• Sale items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase(no refund on sale pieces)
• In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact me immediately via any of the forums available to you
• Refunds will only be processed using the payment method used at the time of purchase
